How to self-exclude from sports betting in New Hampshire
A 2025 New Hampshire law created a single statewide self-exclusion list, but we couldn't confirm it's running yet. For now, exclude in the DraftKings app, the iLottery account and at each casino.
The short answer
New Hampshire law now calls for one statewide list covering all legal gambling, but its status is unconfirmed. DraftKings, the only online sportsbook, and NH iLottery (1, 3 or 6 months) have their own exclusions.
Program: Voluntary Statewide Self-Exclusion (RSA 284:6-d) - status ; meanwhile operator/property-level programs (DraftKings, NH iLottery, individual charitable casinos), run by the New Hampshire Lottery and Gaming Commission (renamed from Lottery Commission in 2025). Official page →
Terms: NH iLottery: 1, 3 or 6 months · DraftKings: see operator record (for NH) · Casino/statewide program: statute says only 'voluntary'; terms not published
New Hampshire help: NH Council on Problem Gambling: (603) 724-1605; 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738, call or text; listed by NH Lottery); 211 NH ; crisis 988
What to do today, before the state list kicks in
Exclude inside DraftKings today and choose the longest option. Set the NH iLottery exclusion too, and ask at any charitable casino you've used for its form. Call the NH Council on Problem Gambling at (603) 724-1605 to ask whether the statewide list is live.
Then read how to block each app — excluding inside the app is usually faster than any state list, and it’s the first layer of the firewall.
What the New Hampshire list covers, and what it doesn’t

| Lottery | Not covered | ILottery and My603Rewards only, via separate iLottery self-exclusion; retail lottery tickets not covered |
| Video gaming machines | Unconfirmed | Historic horse racing/slot machines are inside charitable casinos, so casino exclusions should apply |

The gaps people miss
- The statewide self-exclusion database (RSA 284:6-d, effective July 1, 2025) required the commission to hire a vendor through competitive bidding; a 2026 RFI suggests it may not be fully live - do not assume one enrollment covers DraftKings, iLottery and casinos
- NH iLottery self-exclusion is only 1-6 months and does not cover DraftKings or casinos
- Retail lottery tickets and KENO 603 at bars/restaurants are not blocked by an online exclusion (for KENO in-app) · unconfirmed
- Charitable casinos have had no bet limits since July 2025 and are adding slot machines/VLTs
- Kalshi/Polymarket sports contracts were reported live in NH as of Sept 2026 and are not covered
- DFS (DraftKings DFS, FanDuel DFS, pick'em apps) is regulated separately under RSA 287-H

The Betting Firewall
This is one wall. You need five.
The New Hampshire list makes licensed operators refuse you. It does nothing about offshore sites, prediction-market apps, a friend’s account, or the money in your checking account. That’s what the other four layers are for.
