How to self-exclude from sports betting in Mississippi
Mississippi's list covers every state-licensed casino and its sportsbook, with a three-year minimum. You can start online. The Choctaw tribal casinos aren't covered.
The short answer
The Mississippi Gaming Commission list covers state-licensed casinos and their sportsbooks for at least 3 years; lifetime is only available after that. It usually takes effect within 3 business days. The lottery and Choctaw casinos are not covered.
Program: Mississippi Gaming Commission Self-Exclusion Program, run by the Mississippi Gaming Commission (MGC). Official page →
Terms: Minimum 3 years (current MGC page and FAQ) · Any longer set term · Lifetime (only after you have completed at least 3 years)

What to do today, before the state list kicks in
Start the enrollment online with the Mississippi Gaming Commission; you can also go in person to a commission office. If you use the Choctaw casinos, ask them about their own exclusion. Mobile sports betting isn't legal in Mississippi, so any app offering it is outside the state's protection.
Then read how to block each app — excluding inside the app is usually faster than any state list, and it’s the first layer of the firewall.

- Sweepstakes casinos were not banned (SB 2104 died in 2026) and are not covered
